The first day was a little wet so that didn't help no fun standing in the rain waiting for the buses to arrive , Fortunately we could load our bikes onto the back of the semi trailer Luggage  went into back of  a small truck  . We still had some light rain  by the time we got off the bus at Merridden but it was good to get back on the bike after we had some lunch ....

Rode out to and around  Lysterfeild Saturday was good fun must do again its only a short ride From Hallam station  last time I went out there it was from Tecoma  station which was the hard way to go better done on A MTB as  its a rooted  single track gotta be careful on  a CX Bike as this style of bike requires a different skill set think back before MTB actually had suspension forks where you have to choose your line a little more carefully.
only 6 of us 1 hard tail with slicks on a wet day so that would of made for an interesting ride
